St. Stephen

The patron saint of our Cathedral Church is the first martyr of the church, St. Deacon Stephen. He is one of the most prominent figures in the Acts of the Apostles, the book of the New Testament that tells of the transnational work of God and the spread of the Gospel.

St. Leopold, Patron Saint of Vienna and Lower Austria

St. Leopold's Day is celebrated since his sanctification in 1485 every year on 15^th November (following to his date of death 15^th November 1136).
